It's a little expensive with all of the add-on fees with rent, but the facilities are very highly maintained. There's a gym, hot tub, two pools, a playground, two swimming pools, and an Amazon locker box. Over-all, I love the way that the apartment units are layed out. When you walk into one of the units, it feels less like an apartment complex and feels more like a really nice condo. Overall, I think it's a good place to be, even though I find it expensive, you very much get what you pay for. *Also love that we can have pets! -Valeree Schwendinger

"Let me tell you something! If you are looking for a great place to live here in West jordan City, you have to check out Woodgate Apartments. Since I moved in, it has been an amazing experience. The first thing I noticed was the great vibe of the neighbors - super friendly people who are always willing to lend a helping hand! Also, the location is unbeatable. I have everything close by: the supermarket, my favorite restaurants and even the access to the freeways is very fast. No more wasting time in traffic to do anything! It really feels like living in a real community, not just an apartment complex. If you value quiet, good location and having great neighbors, Woodgate Apartments is the place - I'm happy to live here!"

living here has been great! management has always been SO helpeful, kind, & prompt with any problem we have, which is a first for me! previous landlords have always been quite the opposite. we would be renewing, but we recently had a baby and are planning to get a house with more space, possibly out of the valley. the apartments are cute, and the area is fairly clean! the only big problem is the trash. you get valet trash, which is great, but their isn’t a way to dispose of your own trash at a dumpster, or you get fined. people do it anyway, so there is a *massive* pile of trash at the entrance of the apartment every other day or so. there are limits on the valet, in terms of how many bags & the weight, and you can’t put them out before 5pm and have to take them in before 9am. they also don’t collect trash 2 days a week, so if you tend to collect a lot of garbage that becomes a problem. but, we’ve found ways to work around that and we live far from the dumpster trash pile so it’s ok! i just advise to think about that if you enjoy having a dumpster to toss things at your own will. overall, it’s a great apartment in a great location with great management :)

I have lived here almost two years. When my rent went up at renewal it was not a ridiculous amount where I could not afford to stay. I love my neighbors. I have plenty of room for me and my dogs, the only down side of the dogs is the spots to throw dog bags away are not location on my buildings side it is all across the street where there is three for some reason. However the lawns stay pretty clean for the amount of dogs around. I have not had any issues with getting maintenance to come by or to send a request. I love it here ❤️

This is a great community! My fiancé and I have been here two years and it’s super close to Jordan Landing and other places we frequently go to. The front office has always been super sweet and work so fast with any issues we’ve had which honestly we haven’t had any major issues other than our hot water heater went out and within a day we had a brand new one to replace our old one. First off and for most these apartments are AMAZING! I can’t put into words how at home I feel, and when my family comes to say hi they always feel like the neighbors and neighborhood is so welcoming. I am so grateful that I chose these apartments they have an amazing pool and grill. Also your packages get delivered to Amazon locker how cool is that! If you are looking for somewhere safe with kids and pet friendly somewhere where you feel like you are safe and can walk in and out of your home and at peace this is the place ! The other best part is how convenient it is to live here everything is not even 5 minutes away all of the entertainment groceries and shopping is so close which is great. We just moved it and so far everything has been wonderful. Ashli has been super helpful and understanding. She’s made sure that everything went smoothly with paperwork and getting everything ready. Once we signed all the paperwork and everything was done she handed us the key. I let her know a few problems in the apartment (nothing major. Just a chirping fire alarm and no hot water) and she immediately let maintenance know. Ashli is super friendly and extremely patient. We ran into a few issues trying to get everything done but she was able to help us. I’ve lived in the complex since march of 2020, and overall enjoy living here. Valerie in the office has always been very kind and helpful whether it be by submitting work orders and recently she’s helped address issues with disruptive neighbors. I’ve been living here since before office manager AshLi began to work for the office, and she has been absolutely wonderful during her time here! She is always kind and professional addressing any questions or concerns residents may have. There are a few overly boisterous tenants that live in the complex, which is inevitable with any complex you go to, but the office staff are always prompt and helpful addressing any issues within their capabilities. Maintenance is also incredibly friendly and are usually very efficient in solving work orders, considering there are 13 buildings in the complex. Recently my water heater went out, I put in a work order and they took a look at it the same day, and they informed me the water heater was 26 years old and needed to be replaced! They had contracted a vendor and had a new water heater installed the very next day. They certainly got a long life out of that heater. I did have a mold problem recently, and they came the same day I called to have it cleaned and removed. Other than that I’ve had no major issues living here and will definitely be renewing my lease. Thank you to the office for all of your help!

I just have to say that the management and staff at Woodgate Apartments are undeniably Phenomenal!! Their level of customer service and professionalism is unmatched!! My sister and brother in law absolutely adore living here, as it is not only their ideal location, but in regards to the staff and management!! The maintenance supervisor Matt came by to address some things in need of repair and he was quick, efficient, professional and courteous! ❤️ I have to say; the way in which he composed and treated my sister and brother in law, while completing the repairs was beyond astounding!! His level of care, concern and all over friendliness made me consider how I might be able to move from my current residence to live here!! Thank you Woodgate management for being so spectacular in your profession! Thank you for your level of customer service, and helping my sister and her husband feel taken care of to a degree that I felt the need to speak out, and share this experience with any/all who might hear it!! Every apartment complex has their drama and other issues from neighbors to management and the general neighborhood, even this complex. However out of the 5 or so apartment complex experiences I've had in my life, this place is by far the best. This is the third complex I've rented from out of my own pocket and it has only been since late October 2021 hat I've lived here. Not only does the front office answer their phones reliably (though sometimes they are not able to come to the phone due to dealing with issues, tours, etc), they have amazing amenities that I've experienced so far, very clean complex for the most part (and issues are caused by visitors or tenants), the dog owners that I have met are really nice to talk to and to a great job and making sure that if they don't have a friendly dog they let you know and if your dog isn't friendly they will listen. Today is their office Christmas party before they close for the next little while for the holiday and I've actually never expected there to be something like that offered to the tenants. Very special thing. Thank you to the office staff for all that you do and I wish you the best of luck with settling the issues with trash butler valet.

I love Woodgate apartments. To start, my work commute is easy due to close access of the highway (Bangerter highway). Jordan Distric is across from our apartments. So many stores and restaurants (big two thumbs up). My apartment is two bedroom, both rooms have walk in closets. I chose bedroom 2 for the bigger bathroom :D Washer and dryer included at no extra cost (4 thumbs up) lots of cabinets in the kitchen, great space in the pantry, big utility closet, love our patio its great for stepping out and work if you work from your computer. 24-7 gym is great if you are someone like me that hates to go far from home to exercise. Jump into the spa (hot tub) walk back home and BAM! good morning and your ready to start your day, or good night, You choose. My first impression with staff was great, since Alice (Assistant Manager) was the first person to greet us with a warm welcoming smile that day. I had questions, she had answers. I started on my application process and AshLi (Lease agent) followed up the next couple of days and voila! I'm in a place I can call home. And, YES! Ashli is just as cool as Alice. Thank you ladies and thank you Woodgate.

Living at Woodgate is a very nice experience. I have lived here almost 6 years now and have enjoyed and loved every year here. It is located in a very convenient location in West Jordan. The staff and maintenance crew are the best as they are always so helpful and there for you when needed in any situation. All ya have to do is ask. That is a very nice feeling. I guess for complaints, I really only have one and it’s the new bbq grill rule do to the new insurance regulations . I just don’t understand why even electric ones aren’t allowed but rules are rules so I wish they would build some bbq patios and put some picnic tables and trash containers on them around the complex in the open areas like the do at public parks for us to use. Just a 10 foot by 10 foot concreted picnic area around the different buildings to share would be super great. Other than that, all is great at Woodgate.

Very nice and clean. Way better than any other apartments I have lived in or visited. Update: Over a year of living here. Maintenance is awesome as always. Very quick to get things fixed. But cars get broken into ALOT. They forced us to get rid of our BBQ pits after letting us have them here. Ur rent will go up after a year, but I guess that's everywhere.

Woodgate has been very good to us. All our needs have been met. There’s a cute little dog park, people pick up their pet waste. The children’s park has been upgraded and is so cute! Very understanding office personnel who take your issues seriously. I’ve not had any issues with Woodgate, we’ve been here since March 2019.

Woodgate is a great place to live. It is very well managed and well maintained. Things have constantly improved in the 4 years I have lived here. Considering the quality of the apartments, the staff & the amenities, the rent is more than reasonable. I highly recommend Woodgate to anyone looking for an apartment in this area.

I'm the type of person who loves to move every year after a lease is up, but with Woodgate, it was the first apartment that I decided to stay at. I've been living here a little under a year and already renewed my lease. Since I've lived here, they already upgraded outside lighting, interior (LED) lighting, painted the exterior of the apartments and garages and repaved the roads, so they look nice and smooth. They even added extra parking spaces and Nest Thermostats! I live on the third floor and even though the apartment is small (in the low 800's) it feels like home with the vaulted ceilings and carpeted rooms. I only have one complaint about this place. I noticed whenever I receive big packages (weekly) whoever delivers them, shoves the box in the hub, and it becomes very difficult to remove from there instead of leaving it at the office or dropping it off at my door as the instructions say. I also had some suggestions for the apartment complex. I recently went to the dog park, and it's depressing. Half the grass is dead (not sure when they're going to start watering it), and I wish it looked better kept or updated a bit like the rest of the apartment complex as it seems almost forgotten. The other suggestion I had was to add smart door locks? I know a lot of apartments are switching things out to become "smart and energy efficient homes," and I think that's the only thing lacking in these apartments that I've seen in others. Overall, Woodgate is a great place to live, and the staff is very friendly as well!

LOVE, LOVE , LOVE My home at woodgate apartments is amazing! It is such a nice, CLEAN neighborhood and plenty of space and things to do!. The maintenance staff all the way to the office staff is always so nice and knows My fiancé and I by first name basis. They make everything so easy for us and genuinely seem to cate about you. We absolutely love living here and would recommend it to anyone! And what makes it better is the facility is located right across from Jordan landing which has almost anything you could need. Highly recommend! -Cameron and Reagan.

I have never had no major issues here and the office staff and maintance staff are some of the friendliest and most helpful I have ever dealt with. The property is kept clean and is located very convienant location with the shopping center and schools here. I would recommend this property to anyone if they are looking for a fabulous family orientated community to live in.

First time living in Utah, and these apartments are awesome/amazing I love it! and wouldn't move out if I don't buy a house. Great area, shopping center at walking distance. Maintanace is great, the girls in the office are cool specially the cookies. The gym is super cool, pool and jacuzzi are fun to hang out in the summer, if you have children playground is cool with basketball courts... I would recommend. Specially with all the remodeling.

I’ve been living here almost for 5 months and I love this place! Our one bedroom apartment is very clean and big enough for me, my husband, our dog and cat. It is very pet friendly, my puppy really loves the dog park that is only 2 minutes walk from our house! People who work here are super friendly, I want to say thank you to Eli and Julio for their help, they repaired everything we needed very quickly and professionally! And I love the location of our apartment, we can go on foot to a cinema, a lot of stores, supermarkets and beauty salons!

I am happy with the 2 bedroom apartment so far, it’s been only 3 weeks living here! It’s peaceful very clean and pet friendly! It’s expensive as the rooms are tiny and the reason why I am giving them 4 stars. There is a huge mall crossing the street with a wall mart and that is a plus.

The office and maintenance responds and resolves issues quickly. The area is great and the apartment itself is comfortable living. One star removed because the HotTub has been broken for nearly a year. I would guess there are apartment class hardware products that might cost a little more but can take community use. Please fix it. --Edit. The timer is fixed. In my review I forgot to compliment the staff on the new exercise room. It is a great amenity with quality equipment, and I truly hope residents respect this space. We have a nice community so I am sure they will, but this one is really on us.

I lived there for about a year and a half and it was great! My heat went out in the dead of winter on a Sunday night around 10:00 and the emergency maintenance guy was there within minutes and had it working again. Such good customer service.

I’ve lived hear about 7 months now and I really like it. When the roofs were all replaced in the early fall the roofers took out the direct tv satellites for my building. The roofers and management worked quickly relentlessly to get direct tv to come out and resolve it for us😁 as a cubs fan watching them in the playoffs for that fleeting moment of hope was important for me. I also love the amount of guest parking available, something very rare from my experience. My only complaint would be the kids in the summer and that play on and in the dumpster and carport cover by it near the playground but this is not managements responsibility it would be the parents.. but I worry one of them will get seriously hurt. I am in a Spacious 2 bedroom unit with an alcove in the master bath for a litter box ( trust me cat owners look for the litter box spot when renting first and foremost 😁) and then add a walk in closet to both rooms and it’s an easy pick. My credit was not the best and these guys gave me a chance. Can’t say enough good about this place.

I absolutely loved living at Woodgate Apartments! The apartments are awesome and reasonably priced. Christina and her staff are super friendly and, best of all, it is a very calm place to live. The neighborhood is quiet. Honestly, Woodgate apartments is one of the best places to stay near Jordan Landing. Everywhere you go there is access to anything. That and the people that live here are very nice and kind to each other. The management is awesome to work with and is willing to help you with whatever you need. They have an awesome pool as well as exercise facilities. The grass is really green. They allow pets and even have put in a dog park for your dogs. They have been on top of every maintenance request immediately and have always done a great job. I would recommend this place 100%.

Me and my husband lived here for one year and had very few problems. Other than neighbors thinking it's ok to blast their subwoofers past 10 pm when they're in the parking lot or coming to pick people up, there isn't a lot to be said. Towards the end of our stay someone did try stealing my husbands motorcycle and we did also witness a hit and run in the parking lot. Sometimes there was just too much mayhem. Staff and maintenance were nice and responded in a timely manner to all issues. Apartment was nice quality, no bug problem, close to many restaurants and a Walmart. Neighbors are always nice and respectful of each others privacy, although our mailman delivered our package to the wrong apartment and whoever got it never came forward. So be careful! Overall an alright place to live in West Jordan!

I have lived here for 2 years. I like the new dog park,it is kept pretty clean. The office has always been nice. Last week my air conditoner went out on Sunday. I called the emergency phone and someone responded immediately. My air conditioning was working in less than 30 mins. The rent is a little high but I would still recommend this to my friends

After the two problem children Melissa and Claudia have left the office, it's like night and day. It's not the most affordable place, but this has been home to us for 4 years now, the maintenance staff is polite and great, definitely do a good job when we have an issue. The communication at the office isn't the greatest, when you leave a message, it is a couple days before they get back to you. I would recommend this place, if you need a place to live, but you are probably better off getting a mortgage and paying less than here. If we had that option, we would definitely be doing that.
