Good experience, was living in a 3 bedroom apartment and one of my roommates unexpectedly had to move out. We didnt live here long but they were able to work with us and take care of thr situation. Th front office people are nice and welcoming amd always willing to help -Landen Nielsen

We have lived there for 3 years…. It been a great place to rent!… felt the need to add to my review!!!! We recently had a couple maintenance issues and the maintenance guy was amazing both times he is very friendly and respectful the response time was amazing… as well as the repair time this maintenance guy deserves a raise!!! He was amazing both times thank you !!!

I love wood gate! me and my roommates have been here a few months now and it has been awesome. The place is nice, cute and well kept, the staff are always on it and get whatever you need done with speed and the community is great, we have some really nice neighbors who welcomed us into the community kindly. My biggest worry with an apartment was the size, we didn’t want everything into be tiny for a high price, but the apartment here are so spacious and aren’t astronomically expensive. awesome place🙏

Really good place to live. Super nice being so close to Jordan Landing and Bangerter. Everyone that works here is also very kind.

Very nice place to live and quiet. Apartments are nice and they have a lot to offer. Gals in the office are so friendly/kind and very professional.

We recently moved here and love it so much. The yards and shared spaces are kept clean. Moving in you could tell the apartments are well kept. And the few maintenance needs we have had so far have been met immediately and well. It’s a nice complex and we are happy to call it home. -Kelli Berryhill
