Lived at Woodgate for almost a year and have had no issues at all. Customer service is great and they always answer within a timely matter! Maintenance is also another plus we had some things that needed fixing and they came right away!

I have lived here almost two years. When my rent went up at renewal it was not a ridiculous amount where I could not afford to stay. I love my neighbors. I have plenty of room for me and my dogs, the only down side of the dogs is the spots to throw dog bags away are not location on my buildings side it is all across the street where there is three for some reason. However the lawns stay pretty clean for the amount of dogs around. I have not had any issues with getting maintenance to come by or to send a request. I love it here ❤️
